Austin D. Eubanks
After six-and-a-half years as an infantryman and marksmanship instructor in the United States Marine Corps, Austin retired as a sergeant and began his studies at the University of Arkansas. Working under Dr Scott Eidelman, Austin honed his expertise in research methodology, statistics and human behaviour while earning his BA (with honours) in psychology, MA in experimental psychology (stats/methods focus) and Ph.D. in social psychology from 2012 to 2023. Austin also has experience in industry working as a behavioural research scientist focusing on workplace flourishing. He now works as the CTE Research Analytics Programmer for the Office of Innovation for Education (OIE) at the University of Arkansas. In his role with OIE, he leverages data analytics to drive student-focused educational innovation. OIE collaborates with a diverse network of educators, administrators and innovators to help transform learning systems to reshape education to be more adaptive and effective for all learners.
