Bahar Gürsel
Bahar Gürsel is associate professor at the Department of History of Middle East Technical University (Ankara, Turkey). Her areas of interest include social and cultural history of the United States and Europe, nineteenth-century children’s literature, ephemera studies, visual culture and the representation of the East in the West. She has also participated in the curatorial teams of exhibitions that concentrate on photography archives and related primary sources.
