Ben Werdegar graduated from Stanford University with a BA in Film and Media Studies in 2020, with a large aesthetic focus on the use of music within visual media. Werdegar’s family has both Israeli and Palestinian heritage, which inspires his interest in cinema relating to the Israeli–Palestinian conflict.
