Berkay Seçuk

Berkay Seçuk is a lecturer at the Isparta University of Applied Sciences, Yalvaç Vocational School, Department of Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Services, Programme of Cookery. He is also doing his Ph.D. in the field of gastronomy and culinary arts. His works take place in the axis of gastronomy, pastry, chocolate and Turkish cuisine. Combining his gastronomic sectoral experience with academic studies, Seçuk focuses especially on the field of artisan chocolate.
