Bettina Brunner
Bettina Brunner is an independent researcher and curator based in Vienna, Austria. Her work focuses on female filmmakers of the post-war avant-gardes as well contemporary moving-image practices. She engaged with Wieland’s films as part of her dissertation at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna (completed in 2017), and curated film programmes and exhibitions on the artist’s work, including a two-part screening at mumok kino, Vienna in 2017.
