Beverly (Shih-Yun) Chen
Beverly Chen is an independent researcher. Previously a lecturer teaching tourism, hospitality and business-related subjects, she is now working for NZQA and ServiceIQ Te Pukenga, New Zealand. Her main research interests are gender and education through hospitality, especially the restaurant and chef sectors.
