Bonnie Averbuch

Bonnie Averbuch is a Ph.D. fellow at the Department of Agroecology, Aarhus University, and has been a visiting researcher at the Yale Sustainable Food Program at Yale University. She is a registered dietician with a master’s degree in nutrition and public health from Teachers College Columbia University. Her current research focuses on sustainable agricultural transitions, both at the societal and farm scale. More broadly, her interests lie in building resilient food systems that provide healthy, affordable and accessible food to all.
