Brenda M. Gladstone
Brenda Gladstone uses visual methods, digital storytelling and ethnographic observations to engage young people, clinicians and other decision-makers in an integrated knowledge translation process to examine help-seeking pathways to mental health care; and to explore how young people acquire further competencies and skills through guided participation and active engagement in the research process. Brenda is the associate director of the Centre for Critical Qualitative Health Research at the University of Toronto where she teaches graduate courses in a crossdisciplinary approach to the theory and practice of qualitative research in the health sciences.
