Brian A. Hickam
Brian A. Hickam is an independent scholar and co-founder of the International Society for Metal Music Studies (ISMMS) and Metal Music Studies (MMS). He co-edits the ISMMS’s bibliography and coordinates the Heavy Metal & Hardcore Punk Archives at BGSU and the Rock Hall Library & Archives in Ohio. Brian is an academic library administrator. While he is a fan of all genres of music, metal has always reigned supreme.
