Bridget Fleming

Bridget Fleming is a Ph.D. candidate in the visual and cultural studies programme at the University of Rochester. Her research interests include feminist documentary filmmaking, post-war and contemporary art, sound studies and political theory. Her dissertation explores how artists and filmmakers represent the role of the voice in social movements – specifically, the women’s and gay liberation movements of the 1960s and 1970s.
