Britten Chroman
Britten Chroman is an educator and scholar who has extensive experience in administrative leadership, communication, programme development and strategic partnerships. In 2012 she helped found and served as the director of the David Lynch Foundation’s Women’s Initiative, which brings meditation to women and children survivors of violence and domestic abuse. She holds an MA in Vedic studies from MERU and an MA in food studies from New York University (NYU). Britten teaches in the food studies departments of NYU and The New School. She is also pursuing her Ph.D. in philosophy and aesthetics at the Institute for doctoral studies in the visual arts.
