Bruna de Castro Mendes

Bruna de Castro Mendes is a Ph.D. student in hospitality at Anhembi Morumbi University (UAM), has a master’s degree in hospitality UAM, bachelor’s degree in tourism at Puc-Campinas and in pedagogy at São Carlos Federal University (UFSCAR), and is a research member of the group Dimensions and Contexts of Hospitality (UAM) and of the group Hospitalitas (IFSP). Her main areas of interest are hospitality, tourism, social and cultural impacts, local community, teaching and learning process. Bruna de Castro Mendes is a faculty at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of São Paulo – IFSP (Campus Campos do Jordão), in technological area of tourism, hospitality and leisure.
