Caitlyn Doyle

Caitlyn Doyle is a postdoctoral associate in the literature section at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her specialties include film, critical theory and twentieth-century French literature. Her work has appeared in journals such as Symplokē, Film Criticism and Theory and Event. Her current book project, Dream-Image, focuses on contemporary Indigenous films from Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the United States, examining their ability to contest the existing entanglements between dream and reality in favour of a new configuration – a counter-dream.
