Carla González
Carla González, graduated in Media Studies and has a Ph.D. in Fine Arts. She has worked as a journalist in a radio station, several newspapers, TV programmes and on the Internet. She also worked at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona as an associated teacher in the Department of Catalan Philology. Her primary research interests are the relation between music, media and sociolinguistics. She has also studied cases of manipulation in journalism speech, within a critical discourse analysis frame, and has done research in social movements.
