Carol Carter
Dr Carol Carter is coordinator/lecturer of the Foundations of Education Course and Student Academic Conduct Officer in the English Language and Foundation Studies Centre at the University of Newcastle. She is also conjoint lecturer in the School of Education. She has taught at universities, and served on drama and education committees, in Australia and South Africa, and has published and presented numerous papers, texts and workshops both nationally and internationally. Her research interests include drama education, enabling education, equity and cultural and linguistic diversity, teacher education, early childhood education and alternative learning and teaching strategies.
