Caroline Düvel
Caroline Düvel (Ph.D.) (b.1979) is a visiting lecturer at Leuphana University of Lüneburg. Teaching at the Institute for Communication Science and Media Culture (IfKM), her fields of interest within media and communication studies are research on mobile communication and digital media, transcultural communication among diasporic communities, as well as Cultural Studies and qualitative methods of empirical research. She completed her Ph.D. at the University of Bremen in 2010 on the subject of digital media appropriation of young Russians in the German diaspora.
