Caroline Joan S. Picart
Caroline Joan ‘Kay’ S. Picart is an adjunct professor of law at Florida A & M University’s College of Law, and editor of the Fairleigh Dickinson University Press’s book series on Law, Culture and the Humanities. She is also a scholar and attorney at law practising in federal and state appellate criminal law, and publishes peer-reviewed journal articles and books principally on law, criminology, sociology and film.
