Catherine Hine
Dr Catherine Hine is an experienced academic, currently teaching hospitality and cruise management at the University of Plymouth. She is the programme leader for the world-leading Cruise Management programme, and also looks after the tourism and hospitality management (partnership) degrees at HKU Space, Hong Kong. Her Ph.D. focused on employability within hospitality education.
