Catherine Stevens
Catherine Stevens is an experienced artist and art therapist in private practice, a council member of the British Association of Art Therapists, a horticulturalist and community gardener. As an art therapist she runs groups in inner city gardens and as a community gardener she shows local Londoners how to grow their own food, thereby re-establishing the link between food growing and having a living understanding of the plant sciences which show us that through photosynthesis plants are the lungs of the earth (creating the oxygen we breathe) and the foundation of the food chain upon which all life is dependent.
