Cecilia Strand
Cecilia Strand, Ph.D., has lived in sub-Saharan Africa for eight years, including Uganda 2009–2011 working as a development practitioner. She has continued to follow developments for sexual minorities in Uganda and continues to publish internationally on the subject.
