Chad Story
Chad Story, Ph.D., is the managing director of Making the Shift – Youth Homelessness Social Innovation Lab, York University. His work is focused on using design-based approaches to social research and development to address systemic issues such as homelessness, poverty and income inequality. Recent research projects have focused on critically assessing the state of public sector innovation in Canada and using participatory design techniques to prototype public policy options with marginalized communities.
