Cheri Robinson
Cheri Robinson’s research is transnational and interdisciplinary in nature with primary foci in cultural studies, film and literature in twentieth- and twenty-first-century Latin America. Other relevant research has focused on physical and theoretical aspects of borderlands and frontiers, representational strategies using child and adolescent protagonists, and intersections between Holocaust Studies and Trauma Studies. She received her Ph.D. in Hispanic Languages and Literatures from the University of California, Los Angeles, and currently teaches as an assistant professor of Spanish at Dickinson State University.
