Chetan

Chetan is an assistant professor of English at Bharati College, Delhi University (India). He is pursuing a Ph.D. at the Department of English, Delhi University, on Rudyard Kipling. He completed his M.Phil. in 2013 with the submission of his thesis titled ‘The past and the present in the fiction of Umberto Eco’. He has published a book – Umberto Eco: Rethinking History and Fiction (2014) and academic essays in national and international journals. His interest areas are nineteenth-century British writing on India, Victorian literature, crime and detective fiction, postcolonial literary studies and postmodern popular fiction.
