Chiara Pompa

Chiara Pompa holds a Ph.D. in visual, performing and media arts at the University of Bologna. She is currently an adjunct professor at the Department for Life Quality Studies of the same university, where she teaches ‘Archives Enhancement for Fashion’ and ‘Fashion and Visual Culture’. Her main research interests focus on the relationship between photography, visual arts and fashion communication in the digital era. Among her latest publications: Diaries Without Padlocks: Photographic Writing of the Obscene in Social Networks, Art and Fashion (Bruno Mondadori, 2017), Trasparenze radicali.
