Chris Harlow, lecturer at Oxford Brookes University Business School, with special interests in the history of how innovation takes place and influences economic growth. Trained as a radar engineer and having experience of starting up businesses, he has worked for government organizations in Britain and Europe on the rate and direction of advancing technology.
