Chris Reitz
Chris Reitz is assistant professor of Critical and Curatorial Studies and Gallery Director at the University of Louisville’s Hite Art Institute. He completed his Ph.D. in Modern and Contemporary Art History at Princeton University in 2015. His research, which he divides between art critical writing and curatorial work, concerns the relationships and fissures between the art market, art practice and the spread of global capitalism in the period from roughly 1980 to today.
