Christian Rolle
Dr Christian Rolle is professor of music education at Cologne University since 2015. Previously, he worked as a professor at the University of Music Saar in Saarbrücken. From 2011 to 2015 he was also a visiting professor at Örebro University in Sweden. Christian Rolle is a member of the International Society for the Philosophy of Music Education and of the international advisory board of Music Education Research. He studied music education and philosophy and completed his doctorate at Hamburg University. His main research interests include aesthetics, philosophy of education, digital media and comparative perspectives on music education.
