Christianne Myers
Christianne Myers is the Claribel Baird Halstead Collegiate professor of Theatre & Drama at the University of Michigan where she has designed more than fifty shows, and serves as the Area Head for Design & Production. She holds an MFA from NYU and a BFA from Pace. Collectively, the three authors hold six master’s degrees and a Ph.D., and have taught at twelve different institutions over a combined 50 years of teaching. We have designed over three hundred professional productions, including eight Broadway shows and 100 educational productions. We have managed costume shops, supervised wardrobe and hair and makeup departments, and received training in dress construction, patternmaking, life drawing, digital rendering and puppetry.
