Christopher Meir
Christopher Meir is an assistant professor of communication at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. He has published books and articles on the industrial aspects of European cinema, including Mass Producing European Cinema: Studiocanal and Its Works (Bloomsbury, 2019) and European Cinema in the Streaming Era (Palgrave Macmillan, 2024), co-edited with Roderik Smits. He has also worked as a consultant for the European Commission and Eurimages, among other organizations, on issues related to streaming and the European audio-visual industries.
