Cigdem Bozdag
Çiğdem Bozdağ is an associate professor in the Department of New Media at the Kadir Has University. Previously, Bozdağ worked as a postdoctoral researcher as Mercator – IPC fellow at the Istanbul Policy Center of Sabanci University. Bozdağ completed her Ph.D. at the University of Bremen in January 2013. From 2008 to 2013, she worked at the same university as a teaching and research fellow. Her research interests include Digital Media, Media and Migration, Sociology of Media and Technology, Globalization, Inter- and Transcultural Communication and Information Communication Technologies (ICT) in Intercultural Education.
