Claire Penketh
Claire Penketh is associate professor, subject lead for disability studies, and core member of the Centre for Culture and Disability Studies (CCDS) at Liverpool Hope University. She is author of A Clumsy Encounter: Drawing and Dyspraxia (2011) and is co-editor of Disability, Avoidance and the Academy with her colleague Professor David Bolt (2016). She is co-editor of a Special Issue of the Journal of Literary and Cultural Disability Studies (JLCDS), titled ‘The Biopolitics of Art Education’, with her colleague Professor Jeff Adams (2019).
