Daniel Brandão
Daniel Brandão is an assistant professor at the Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Communication Sciences, and researcher at the Communication and Society Research Centre (CECS) at the University of Minho. He obtained his Ph.D. in digital media, specialized in audio-visual and interactive content creation, from the University of Porto (2014). He is the director of the master’s degree in media arts. He has involved in the co-creation of Citadocs, a collaborative mini-documentary project, born in Future Places Medialab for Citizenship. He is co-PI of ‘bYou: Study on children and young people’s experiences and expressions of the media’, a research project funded by the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology.
