Daniel Harley is a doctoral candidate in the Communication and Culture program at York University and a researcher at the Synaesthetic Media Lab and the Responsive Ecologies Lab at Ryerson University. His doctoral research investigates the social and political implications of contemporary virtual reality, examining the design and discourse of interactive technologies.
