Daniel Pinti
Daniel Pinti is professor of English at Niagara University, where he has taught since 2001. He teaches several different courses on comics, as well as literature and film and the literature of the American West. His recent publications include articles on Brian K. Vaughan’s and Fiona Staples’ series, Saga, Matt Fraction’s and David Aja’s run on Hawkeye, and Gene Luen Yang’s American Born Chinese. He is currently working on a study of the comics of Derf Backderf and several projects focused on the music and culture of the Grateful Dead.
