David Ngwoke Mbazor
Dr David Ngwoke Mbazor is a lecturer in the Department of Estate Management, Federal University of Technology Akure, Nigeria, and a research fellow in the Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Built Environment and Information Technology, Walter Sisulu University, East London, South Africa. He holds a B.Tech. degree in estate management from the Federal University of Technology Minna, Nigeria; Master of Business Administration from the University of Calabar, Nigeria; M.Sc. degree in international project management from Glasgow Caledonian University, United Kingdom, and a Ph.D. in construction management from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. He is an associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, an outreach member of the Society of Quality Assurance and a registered estate surveyor and valuer. His research interests are situated in the fields of sustainable built environment with a focus on housing provision, real estate finance; land administration, and property and facility management.
