Davy Knittle

Davy Knittle (he/they) is assistant professor of English at the University of Delaware. Davy works at the intersection of queer and trans studies, urban studies and the environmental humanities. His current book project is entitled The Climate of AIDS: Loss and Desire in the Urban Environment, 1950–2020, His work has appeared recently in GLQ: A Journal of Lesbian and Gay Studies, Perspecta, ISLE: Interdisciplinary Studies in Literature and Environment, Feminist Formations and Planning Perspectives. He lives in Philadelphia, where he is a Democratic Committeeperson for the 15th Ward, 1st Division.
