Debarghya Sanyal
Debarghya Sanyal is a fourth-year Ph.D. student at the English Department, University of Oregon. His prime research is in the percolation of iconographies across media, mainly comics, cinema and animation and video games. He is also interested in studying specific formal elements, and thus the clockworks behind the formation of such iconographies. He works primarily on South Asian and American comic books and graphic novels.
