Deborah Wilson David
Deborah Wilson David is the Deputy Head of the School of English and Journalism at the University of Lincoln. She has worked in news and current affairs for more than three decades, formerly with the BBC, and has been leading professionally accredited journalism teaching for the past ten years. As a current practitioner, Deborah has won three Radio Television Digital News Association (RTDNA) International Edward R Murrow Awards for radio news and features production. Deborah is an external examiner at institutions across the UK in radio and roadcast journalism, a national judge for the Radio Academy and a regular speaker at international media conferences in North America, Europe and the UK. She is Vice President of the European Journalism Training Association (EJTA) and serves on the Board of Directors at the US-based Broadcast Education Association (BEA) representing international programmes.
