Dina Matar
Dina Matar is a teaching fellow at the Film and Media Studies Centre at the School of Oriental and African Studies. She has been a tutorial fellow at the Media and Communication Department at the London School of Economics and a visiting lecturer in International Journalism at City University. Her research interests include political theory and the media, diasporas, identities, Middle Eastern media and cultures, news and multiculturalism. Recent publications include 'The News "is" Connected. Palestinians’ Diverse Diasporic Experiences' in Journal of Ethnic and Migration Studies, (June 2006).
