Diogo Moreira
Diogo Moreira is a doctoral candidate at the Social Sciences Institute of the University of Lisbon (ICS-UL). A graduate of the Higher Institute for Labour and Business Studies (ISCTE), he is a member of the Foreign Policy Analysis section of the International Studies Association (ISA), and of the Portuguese Political Science Association (APCP). He is currently researching the foreign policy of transitional states, specifically the Portuguese and Spanish cases.
