Eden Potter

Eden Potter is a researcher, project manager and designer at Monash University’s Design Health Collab, a Melbourne-based health research lab that uses design research methods to illuminate design opportunities and unmet clinical needs. At Design Health Collab, Eden collaborates with designers, researchers, clinicians and industry partners working to humanize technology and experiences to improve health outcomes. Eden’s professional background is in visual identity design and branding. She is interested in design strategy approaches and the insight generation – or ‘discovery’ – front-end phase of research projects in design for health and well-being. Her current research explores different ways of collecting, synthesizing and communicating qualitative research data in health design projects.
