Eleanor Ratcliffe

Eleanor Ratcliffe in a senior lecturer in environmental psychology at the University of Surrey. Her research focuses on links between environment and well-being, including natural environments that facilitate psychological restoration or recovery, experiences of tranquillity and social care within urban spaces, place attachment and identity, creative and prosocial outcomes in different physical settings and sensory engagement with the environment. She also conducts research and teaching on consumer and user experience, especially with regard to improving perceptions and behaviours around goods and services through storytelling and meaning-making.
