Eliana Rosa de Queiroz Barbosa
Eliana Rosa de Queiroz Barbosa is professor of urbanism in the Department of Urbanism and the Environment of the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism, Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Between 2019 and 2020, she was a visiting professor of urban studies at the Politecnico di Milano. Her teaching and research focus on the field of urban studies and the challenges faced by contemporary southern cities. She is particularly interested in interdisciplinary methods, mainly within the fields of urbanism and anthropology and the entanglements of space and affect.
