Elif Kir Cullen
Elif Kır Cullen gained her Ph.D in applied linguistics from Ankara University, with a comparative research of language teacher education in Turkey and Germany. She was a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania in 2005–06; visiting researcher at Humboldt University Berlin in 2009–10; and postdoctoral research fellow at Trinity College Dublin in 2017–19. She has been taking professional drama in education courses and creative drama training since 2005, both in her home country and abroad. She has offered several drama workshops in different countries. Her interests include language, culture and using creative drama as a method in education. Kır Cullen is currently assistant professor in Istanbul Medeniyet University’s Faculty of Education.
