Elif Topal Demiroğlu
Elif Topal Demiroğlu works as an assistant professor at Marmara University’s Department of Political Science and Public Administration. After graduating from Middle East Technical University, Department of Political Science and Public Administration, she completed her master’s in local governments at Marmara University. She received her Ph.D. with her thesis titled ‘The role of local governments in urban diversity governance’. She has taught courses on international migration, social movements and public administration, and has publications on local democracy, social movements, local politics and migration governance.
