Elisa Frasson
Elisa Frasson (Ph.D.) is a freelance dance writer, event curator and educator for independent and institutional projects with extensive experience in the organizational context of screen dance events and dance in urban spaces. She has been part of the Tanzschreiber (Berlin) writing team and worked as a field researcher for Cantieri Culturali Firenze (IT). She occasionally teaches dance history and screen dance theory (among others at Università Roma Tre, Università IUAV). In 2022 she was awarded a Dis-Tanz-Solo stipend (Dachverband Tanz Deutschland) for research in dance and criticism and in 2023 a #TakeHeart research grant (Fonds Darstellende Künste) for a study on performance publishing. Elisa is currently collaborating with the dance company laborgras (Berlin) on a research project on documentation.
