Elizabeth A. Andang’o
Elizabeth Achieng’ Andang’o, Ph.D., is a lecturer in music education at Kenyatta University in Nairobi, Kenya. Her research interests include early childhood music education, multicultural music education, singing and curriculum development in music education. She has published papers in various journals and contributed chapters in various books, including Routledge Companion to Interdisciplinary Studies in Singing, Volume 3: Wellbeing (2020) and Children’s Home Musical Experiences across the World (Indiana University Press, 2016). Elizabeth served on the International Society for Music Education Board between 2018 and 2022 and is a former commissioner of the Early Childhood Music Education Commission (2010–16).
