Elizabeth Garber

Elizabeth Garber researches ceramics and craft in relationship to material culture and education, the role of gender in visual culture, and diversity and social justice in art and visual culture education. She is published widely in journals and anthologies, co-editor of Makers, Crafters, Educators: Working for Cultural Change, and has been a featured speaker at many universities and conferences. Formerly a professional clay artist and currently Professor Emeritx at the University of Arizona, she is back in the studio.
