Elizabeth Reeder
Dr Elizabeth K. Reeder is a novelist and essayist. Ramshackle, her first novel, was shortlisted for a number of awards. direction is the moment you choose, her collection of hybrid essays, was a finalist in the 2015 Essay Press book competition. An extract was subsequently published as One Year (Essay Press, 2016). She recently curated a series of conversations around essaying in the United Kingdom with Max Porter, Jacques Testard and Carol Mavor: Digressions: On Essaying in the UK (Essay Press, 2016). She is a lecturer in creative writing at University of Glasgow and is also a MacDowell Colony Fellow.
