Elizabeth Titrington Craft
Elizabeth Titrington Craft is a Ph.D. candidate in Historical Musicology at Harvard University. She earned bachelor’s degrees in Music and Sociology from the College of William and Mary and a MA from the University of Maryland at College Park. Her master’s thesis examined the creation of Rent by Jonathan Larson. She is currently co-authoring an article about an exhibit she co-curated on ‘Nadia Boulanger and Her American Composition Students’, forthcoming in the proceedings of the Crosscurrents conference on American and European Music in Interaction, 1900–2000. She is also at work on a dissertation examining ethnicity and national identity in American musical theatre through narratives of Americanization.
